5. Payment Terms

6. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Uber Clone App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to deliver a high-quality product, we do not warrant any specific business outcomes, revenue results, or commercial success from using our software.

9. Limitation of Liability

You may terminate your relationship with us by ceasing to use our website and services. However, your lifetime license to the Uber Clone App, once granted upon full payment, is not revocable except in cases of material breach as detailed in your project contract.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
